Current Planning
The Mountain Village Planning Division is charged with regulating land use and development in accordance with the Mountain Village Community Development Code.
Current planning applications are administratively processed by the Planning Division though some do require a recommendation or approval by the Design Review Board and/or Town Council. Below you can review applications and other materials for various current planning projects that are in the Town's design review process, which include both single-family homes and planned unit developments (large projects such as proposed hotels).
