Yogurt Dill Sauce
- 1 cup full fat plain yogurt (dairy free if needed)
- ¼ cup fresh, chopped dill
- 2 tablespoons green onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Kosher salt
- Black pepper
- Whisk together yogurt, dill, chives, and mustard.
- Taste and season well with salt and pepper.
- Immediately serve or let rest in the fridge for one hour before serving (recommended).
