Chip seal road resurfacing work to begin August 7

This summer’s Chip Sealing Road Maintenance project is scheduled to begin Monday, August 7, and last approximately one week (subject to weather conditions).
The following roads will be resurfaced during this time:
- Arizona Drive
- All of Knoll Estates
- Lone Fir Lane
- Double Eagle Way
- Lawson Point
- Single Tree Way
- Single Tree Ridge
- Boulders Way
- Adams Ranch Road from Fairway Four/North Star to the Double Eagle intersection
During this time, there will be traffic control with delays and temporary lane closures. Mountain Village staff will be providing traffic control throughout the project.
We apologize in advance for the inconvenience, but this work must be performed during the hotter part of the summer for proper treatment of the roadways.
