Gondola hours extended during Telluride Blues & Brews Festival

With the return of the Telluride Blues & Brews Festival, the Town of Mountain Village would like to share some pertinent information for festival-goers.

Free Parking in Mountain Village

Unlike previous Blues & Brews festivals, there is no agreement between SBG Productions and the Town of Mountain Village for free overnight parking or parking on roadways this year as there have been previously.

Visitors coming in from out of town are welcome to park for free during the daytime in Gondola Parking Garage. However, overnight parking is $25 per night in Gondola Parking Garage or $35 in Heritage Parking Garage. There are pay stations in the garages or guests are encouraged to use the Park Mobile app.

For other paid parking options in Mountain Village please visit our website.

Please also be aware that overnight camping is not permitted in the Gondola Parking Garage, Heritage Parking Garage or anywhere in Mountain Village town limits. Parking on Mountain Village’s roadways are not permitted this year as in previous years.

Extended Gondola Hours

The gondola will remain open late on the following evenings:

  • Friday, September 17, 2 a.m.
  • Saturday, September 18, 2 a.m.
  • Sunday, September 19, 1 a.m.

Please remember that masks are still required on the gondola per federal order while in terminals and throughout the entire ride. Gondola capacity is back to 100 percent and riders will be loaded with others, especially during peak hours.
