K95 Masks available for residents at Mountain Village Town Hall and Village Court Apartments Office

Categories: Community

During the fall shoulder season, KN95 mask distribution will be moved from the guest services kiosk, to Mountain Village Town Hall October 19 through November 18.

San Miguel County still requires masks to be worn inside public spaces, and the Town of Mountain Village is committed to helping our residents and businesses protect themselves and our community from the spread of COVID-19.

KN95s will be available for the public to pick up (8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday) from the front desk at the Mountain Village Town Hall and from the Village Court Apartments' main office.

“Out of an abundance of caution to keep our community healthy, Mountain Village will offer KN95 masks to our residents and employees,” said Business Development and Sustainability Director Zoe Dohnal. “We would also like to remind business owners to encourage their employees to be vaccinated, stay home if sick and get tested for COVID-19 to prevent the spread of this virus in our community."

Any Mountain Village business that would like bulk amounts for employees may email to arrange mask pick up.

San Miguel County Public Health offers free weekly COVID-19 testing in both Mountain Village and Telluride and continues to host vaccine clinics. Mountain Village testing is currently each Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. near Sunset Plaza adjacent to the Blue Mesa condominium building. Testing has also resumed at the Lawson Hill Intercept Lot Mondays and Tuesdays 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
