Meadowlark application timeline pushed back

Categories: Housing

For over eighteen months, the Town of Mountain Village along with its development partners Triumph Development West and Shaw Construction have been diligently pursuing the development of 29 units of for-sale, deed-restricted housing, a project now known as Meadowlark at Mountain Village.

In March, the Town announced an anticipated timeline for Meadowlark. This timeline included tentative dates for final pricing, open houses, application deadlines and unit selection. The Meadowlark development team is currently finalizing project details, which now requires revisions to the initial timeline.

The development team is committed to delivering a high-quality product that meets the community’s expectations, and the current delay will ultimately result in a better outcome for Meadowlark purchasers and the Mountain Village community.

The Town recognizes the community is eager to learn more about Meadowlark. The project continues to move forward as quickly as possible, and more details will be shared with the public as soon as they are available.

Stay tuned for project updates, and please make sure you are subscribed to the Town's housing emails to receive the latest news and announcements.
