Meadowlark construction notice: traffic delays anticipated April 3-19

Starting Wednesday, April 3, The Town and Triumph Development will be staging the delivery of large modular units to Lot 644 for the Meadowlark project. These trucks will be very wide, and to minimize disruptions, flaggers will be at key intersections to redirect traffic when trucks are moving through.

The trucks will travel along Adams Ranch Road, and traffic will be redirected to Russell Drive/Double Eagle Drive during this time. Mountain Village residents and commuters may experience delays of up to 15 minutes between 8:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. weekdays, Wednesday, April 3, through Friday, April 19.

Deliveries will not occur between 3:30 and 4 p.m. April 3-5 to accommodate school drop-off before spring break starts.

Residents may also encounter oversized loads escorted by pilot cars on Adams Ranch Road (if they live between Double Eagle and Mountain Village Boulevard and don't see flaggers at those intersections). Should this occur, please pull over completely to allow the truck to pass.

Residents at the end of Adams Ranch Road (Big Billies/Parker Ridge/Fairway Four/Northstar/The Terraces/etc.) may encounter up to 15-minute delays as the trucks arrive at and maneuver onto the construction site. Access to the Meadows Lot and Meadows Post Office will also be delayed. Flaggers will be present when this occurs.

Crews expect to deliver 10 modules daily, approximately one per hour. Modules will not be delivered on Saturdays and Sundays. Inclement weather may impact that schedule, and any changes to the schedule will be communicated to the public.

This schedule has been planned to occur primarily over spring break and will start after 8:30 a.m. to accommodate the work and school rush.

We greatly appreciate your cooperation and understanding during this time. If you have any questions, please contact Will Ellis with Triumph Development at (301) 908-8958.
