The Town of Mountain Village Housing Authority (TMVHA) begins its biennial deed-restricted compliance for deed-restricted owners and renters in the Town of Mountain Village on November 15, 2023.
Every other year, all deed-restricted dwelling units must conduct this process to make sure owners and tenants living in these units are in compliance with the unit's respective deed restriction. All units in Village Court Apartments and Big Billie's are exempt as they administer their own compliance with tenants.
This process is now open for renters and owners occupying deed-restricted properties through December 31, 2023.
The compliance form is now posted on the Town's website, or a paper copy is available by contacting the . Each owner and/or renter over the age of 18 must fill out separate applications.
Deed-restricted owners and renters will have until December 31, 2023, to submit the completed compliance paperwork to TMVHA. A late fee of $250 will be charged if the requested paperwork is not completed by December 31, 2023.
