The Mountain Village Housing Authority and San Miguel Regional Housing Authority (SMRHA) are partnering to sell a deed-restricted unit in the heart of Mountain Village to those employed within the Town of Mountain Village boundaries through a weighted lottery process.
The lottery results (along with all lottery applicants) will be posted online at smrha.org on December 14 at 12 p.m. The deadline to submit an application to purchase is December 8 at 12 p.m.
“SMRHA is pleased to take part in assisting the Town of Mountain Village employees in gaining access to affordable housing,” said Corenna Howard, executive director of SMRHA.
The unit is a one-bedroom deed-restricted detached condo in Castellina, in the heart of Mountain Village. It is 700 square feet with parking, basement storage, upgraded finishes and high-end appliances. HOA, utilities and insurance apply. A number of open houses will be held by appointment only for those interested throughout November. The sale price is $252,766.06.
