Mountain Village launches online parking permit portal; new parking rates go into effect Friday, December 22

The Town of Mountain Village has launched its new online parking permitting system. Residents, commuters and locals are now able to apply for new 2023-2024 parking permits online.

The new permit portal comes ahead of recently adopted winter daytime parking rates going into effect Friday, December 22, 2023. All recently approved new parking rates throughout the Town of Mountain Village will go into effect on this date as well.

Residents of Mountain Village, employees who commute to work for a business with a physical presence in Mountain Village and locals who live in the Telluride R-1 School District and San Miguel County may now apply for parking permits online at bit.ly/TMVPermitParking.

The new system will notify applicants of permit approval via email and deliver final permits via email. However, permits will no longer need to be displayed on vehicles. The license plate number(s) provided in the permit application will be used to enforce and validate parking permits.
