Mountain Village’s Market on the Plaza now accepting vendor applications for 2021 dates
The Town of Mountain Village is now accepting applications for the 2021 Market on the Plaza. Applications for regional vendors are due April 1, 2021.
Market on the Plaza is held on Wednesdays in mid-summer from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Heritage Plaza, the center of Mountain Village. Heritage Plaza is steps from the free gondola and is adjacent to Sunset Plaza, where the popular free Summer Concert Series brings noteworthy, high-caliber musicians of all genres to Mountain Village throughout the summer.
“The 2020 Market season showed the value of these Wednesday afternoons filled with local produce and one-of-a-kind artisanal goods,” said Mountain Village Business Development and Sustainability Director Zoe Dohnal. We all have a better understanding of what shopping local means for our community.”
The Market will run every Wednesday, June 16 through Sept. 1, 2021, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
“This summer you can expect another safe Market atmosphere, adhering to the recommended health guidelines while providing the opportunity to enjoy live music, delicious food, and diverse shopping!” Dohnal continued. “Last year was a great success for our vendors and patrons and we look forward to another amazing summer.”
