New Amazon locker opens in Mountain Village's Market Plaza
The Town of Mountain Village is pleased to announce the opening of a new Amazon locker, offering residents and visitors a secure and convenient solution for receiving their Amazon packages.
The new self-service Amazon locker, designated as "Dew" by Amazon, is located in Market Plaza on the south side of the gondola station by the El Rhino Taco and Coffee Bar.
This new service provides Amazon Prime members with a flexible, secure option for package delivery at no additional cost. The Amazon locker offers several key benefits to the community:
- Secure package storage in self-service lockers
- Convenient pickup near the Town Hall area (455 Mountain Village Blvd.)
- Flexible pickup times to accommodate various schedules
- Private delivery option for gifts and sensitive items
- Easy return processing for Amazon orders
"This new Amazon Locker is a convenient amenity for our residents and visitors," said Community Development Director Amy Ward. "The central location near the gondola station makes it easily accessible for the entire community."
Using the Amazon Locker is simple.
Customers can select the "Dew" Locker location as their delivery address during Amazon checkout. Once the package arrives, customers receive a delivery confirmation email with pickup instructions and follow the instructions at the locker located on the south side of the gondola station building.
