Town Council to Consider a Resolution Approving Comprehensive Plan Amendment Parcel M, Lot 30 (a part of OS1AR-3 and Lot 30)
The Town of Mountain Village held a Work session on August 17, 2017, and then a public open house on October 12, 2017, to discuss a Comprehensive Plan amendment to Parcel M, Lot 30 seeking community input. On February 1, the Design Review Board (DRB) will provide a recommendation on the proposed Comprehensive Plan amendment to Town Council. Mountain Village Town Council will then consider a Comprehensive Plan amendment to the principles, policies, and actions specific to Parcel M, Lot 30 at their regularly scheduled meeting on February 15, 2018.
