Thank you for considering to host a special event in the Town of Mountain Village. It is our goal to assist event organizers in planning safe and fun events!
** submissions may be subject to denial, penalty fees, denial of future special event permit applications or the requirement of a cash deposit or surety bond.
Due no later than 60 days (major event) / 30 days (minor event, special event signage and busking) prior to event start date
The Town of Mountain Village requires a full special event application be submitted for review along with all appropriate fees.
All proposed event documentation and full details of the event will be required.
