My jams are made in small batches, just like your mother and grandmother used to make.
I make my preserves in a licensed kitchen at my summer home in Montrose, Colorado. All of the fruit and berries are selected at their peak of freshness - and most are grown in my own orchard. We enjoy growing the fruit and berries to get just the right varieties and at just the right picking time.
