Pandemic Polly Peppers

In the midst of the pandemic, we launched our small business after being sent home from the same employer. Siggi, a passionate gardener, and I, a lover of crafting spicy dishes, turned our shared passions into a small business venture. From our small urban farm in Grand Junction, Colorado, we grow vibrant peppers that form the heart of our handcrafted recipes. Siggi’s utilizes sustainable farming practices, companion planting, beneficial nematodes, and organic fertilizers to nurture the land and our crops. Our products are lovingly made in a local community-supported commercial kitchen. At the farmers’ market, we invite everyone to sample our creations, offering heat levels that make food fun and approachable for all—not a fiery challenge. Our versatile peanut butter adds a delightful kick to Thai dishes or a simple apple snack. Our small-batch hot sauces, including our signature Ridgway Red, are crafted with care, bursting with flavor and Colorado pride.
