2025 Construction Projects

MAY 2025 Paving Project | 0% COMPLETE

The Town of Mountain Village will conduct major roadway improvements from May 12 to May 30, 2025, addressing critical asphalt failures at key locations throughout the town. The project includes repaving portions of Mountain Village Boulevard from the Town entrance to Pennington Place, from Russell Drive to the Galloping Goose Bridge, the Village Court Apartments entrance, and the Meadows Parking Lot.

Timeline & Traffic Impacts:

Work hours: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. (excluding Memorial Day)
Traffic control will be in place at all affected locations
Expect delays and alternating traffic patterns throughout the project

Location Schedule:

Mountain Village Boulevard (entrance to Pennington and Russell to Galloping Goose Bridge: May 12-19
Village Court Apartments: May 19-23 (Special parking arrangements for residents and Mountain Munchkins parents)
Meadows Parking Lot: May 27-30 (Vehicles must relocate or face towing; Gondola Parking Garage available for resident and Big Billie's permit holders)

Striping operations will continue into early June. Follow all signage and traffic control instructions.
