Join Heather for an hour and a half of learning the techniques and science behind foam rolling. Heather will lead you on a guided journey of your body from the bottom of your feet to your tense muscles of the skull, while using local essential oils and local CBD to calm the body, alleviating feelings of stress and anxiety, and reduce inflammation. The workshop will end with a Q&A session over a glass of electrolytes, spa water, and a take-home pamphlet with information and exercises.
