Building Contractor Code Training

On Monday, March 31, the Town of Mountain Village Building Department will have Steve Thomas of Shums Coda for a full-day class on significant changes to the 2024 building code. The class will run from 8 AM to 5 PM with a one-hour lunch starting at noon. Lunch will be provided, and registration is free. The class will be suitable for .8 continuing education credits for both ICC and AIA. Contractors are not required to attend, however, by attending, this will meet the requirements for contractor licensing under Town ordinance.
