Desiderata - Free Oak St. Park Concert Series

Based in Durango, Colorado, Desiderata emerges from the heart of the southwest. Their sound finds balance between tight, captivating grooves that beg you to dance, and pure, meandering expression. The music we create reflects the beauty that can be found in the desert, in the mountains, in your friends, in a neon-lit dance floor as a disco ball spins overhead. The Sheridan Opera House’s SHOW Bar has proudly hosted free summer patio shows to keep the arts accessible to all. This year, from June through September, we’re enhancing the series—on the last Thursday of each month, the event will expand to Oak Street Park, featuring bigger bands, cold drinks, and community connection along the alpenglow.
