Lot 644 Site Walk

The Town of Mountain Village will hold a site walk of Lot 644, the town-owned property that is platted for deed-restricted housing. Building corners will be staked and story poles will be in place to show the location of the proposed condominium development.

PLEASE NOTE: Lower Jurassic Trail currently cuts through Lot 644, and the Town is deeply committed to maintaining public access to the trail, and the trail will be located before construction begins. Any relocation of Jurassic Trail will only enhance the trail experience for our users.

Lot 644 is 1.6 acres in size and is owned by the Town of Mountain Village. It was designated for the development of deed-restricted housing in the early 1990s when Mountain Village was originally a planned unit development prior to the incorporation of Mountain Village and execution of the Mountain Village Settlement Agreement.

There may be a quorum of Town Council or the Design Review Board members, however, no formal action will be taken. The public is welcome to attend.
