Mountain Village Customer Service and Sales Training

Employees of Mountain Village & Telluride business are invited to attend a customer service and sales training. Two different sessions are offered to accommodate various employee schedules. Businesses are encouraged to send their front-line team members and managers to this valuable and free training.

Town of Mountain Village is excited to bring Anthony Russo to Mountain Village to deliver this training. Anthony Russo has been involved in retail for nearly two decades working with and offering training at both big box retailers and small to medium sized businesses. He was a trainer for Best Buy, Sports Authority, Toys-R-US and Walmart. This training is designed to provide participants with basic sales and customer service training in order to enhance the customer’s shopping experience and increase bottom line revenue.
