Mountains to the Desert Classic 2023 - 20th Anniversary Ride!

On September 23, bring friends and family, form a team, participate as a rider fundraiser, and help The Just For Kids Foundation (JFK) celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Mountains to Desert Classic bike ride (M2D)

A 501(c)(3) established in 1999 and based in Telluride, Colorado, JFK serves the San Miguel Watershed region and provides essential scholarships, operating grants, program support, capital and start-up funding, and equipment to deserving youth and youth organizations throughout the county. The M2D bike ride is JFK’s only funding event, and JFK’s fundraising goal for the 20th M2D ride is $200K.

The annual M2D bike ride from Telluride or Norwood to Gateway takes place every September and is indisputably one of the most beautiful road rides in the country. Join us for this cherished local event and immerse yourself in Colorado's breathtaking fall beauty and majestic landscapes as you ride either 74, 103 or 133 miles of gentle, quiet roads. Saddle up alongside your friends and family for the best Gran Fondo of Western Colorado.
