Virtual Youth Mental Health First Aid

Tri-County Health Network presents a Mental Health First Aid class.

Mental Health First Aid is appropriate for anyone 18 years and older who wants to learn how to help a person who may be experiencing a mental health related crisis or the onset of a mental health disorder. Topics covered in the virtual training include anxiety, depression, psychosis, and addictions. Participants will learn the skills to help recognize these conditions and act to help individuals experiencing them.
