Zipcar Car-Sharing
The Town of Mountain Village and Telluride Ski & Golf Company are pleased to offer the community a car share program through Zipcar.
Zipcar provides 24/7 access to vehicles by the hour or day with simple, upfront pricing. Membership includes gas, insurance options, parking, maintenance, and roadside service. Mountain Village offers eight Zipcars, located at Big Billie’s Apartments and the Gondola Parking Garage, featuring 2023 Toyota 4Runners.
Initially launched for Town employees and Village Court Apartment residents in December 2023, the program has now expanded to the wider community thanks to a $25,000 commitment from Town Council.
Zipcar rentals cost $12 per hour or $83.50 per day, with an annual membership of $35.
Becoming a Zipcar member
Applying is easy — all you need is to be 21 and older and have a valid driver's license. International driver's licenses are accepted.

- Verification: Zipcar verifies your license and identity. Most members are approved and can book a car within minutes, but it some cases may take a bit longer
- Book a trip: Once approved, you can book cars instantly through the Zipcar app.
