Professional Background/Occupation:

Current: Medical Practice Consultant

Former Director of Ancillary Services at Tricounty Health Network in Telluride. Prior to moving to Telluride I was the Executive Director of Grace Health System, a multi-specialty clinic and full-service hospital. I also worked as a medical consultant for a group of 200-plus providers primarily working on physician insurance contracts and the administration of a self-funded health plan started by the organization.

I have a masters of business administration from Texas Tech University.

Length of Time as Town Resident:

2.5 years, 3 years in the county.

Previous Political Experience/Specific Qualifications:

Recently elected to a second term on the Telluride Hospital District Board of Directors.

Reasons You Would Like to Serve:

I would like to continue the excellent work of the outgoing council members. The Mountain Village town staff and council serve as an example of professionalism, public engagement and efficiency. As a full-time resident raising a family in Mountain Village, I would like to represent the growing number of people that choose to make our town their home.

Other Information You Want to Include (family, community involvement, other personal information):

My husband and I have two daughters (12 and 9 years) who attend Telluride Intermediate School. We enjoyed Mountain Village as tourists for ten years before moving in the Spring of 2020.
