Submit an Event

SUBMISSION CRITERIA

Events should be open to the general public and generally fall under the following categories: dance performances, special events, festivals, film screenings fundraisers, free events, history & heritage, kids & family, live music, literature & poetry, science & nature, sports, theater and visual arts.

All events will be reviewed and, if accepted, posted within one week. If you would like to be considered for our monthly calendar email, please submit event information by the 25th of the month before the month of your event. The TOWN OF MOUNTAIN VILLAGE reserves the right to accept or reject events at its discretion.

SUBMISSION TIPS

  • Our database can hold events months and years into the future. Submit your events as soon as you know about them to ensure they are posted in time.
  • Send us your press releases via email directly to Kathrine Warren.
  • Submit a photo/image for each event:
    • .jpg or .png (please avoid sending pdfs)
    • 150 dpi minimum
    • Horizontal images work best (718 x 526px suggested size)

Fill out all the fields below in order to have your events listed in our online calendar. Please note: Your event will not automatically be added to the calendar once you click “Submit Event” at the bottom of the form. It will first go through an approval process to make sure that it contains all the information needed to be added. You will be notified if your event can not be approved.
